The house has all the amenities you would expect (gas heat, central air, dishwasher, etc.) and is equipped for high speed internet. The house also has a security system and washer/dryer.

Minimum lease until 6/31/11, though a longer lease is desired. $1450/mo includes lawn care. Utilities are additional. We can offer the house partially or fully furnished for additional cost. A longer-term lease is desired, but a shorter-term one (e.g. only until after the superbowl) is possible as well. All of these changes would affect the monthly cost.
